Espresso- How to pull a proper shot.

I love Espresso. 
I love pulling shots and making my best latte. But, since I have not had proper training (YET), and until I do, I will have a video of someone who does know how to pull proper shots.

Let me introduce you to Intelligentsia out of California. They know Coffee, and I have much respect for them.
